USA+ members, their legal spouse, and eligible dependent children (who are included on the USA+ Association membership) are protected 24/7 for death or dismemberment loss resulting from covered accidents. This benefit is provided for dismemberment or death caused by accidents that occur during business or pleasure, at home, while traveling by plane, train, automobile, or any other public or private air, land, or water conveyance (except as limited by the exclusions), and is paid in addition to any individual insurance a member may have.

Spouse - $5,000 Principal Sum

Guaranteed Acceptance--coverage is provided regardless of your health history.
Family Coverage Available--your spouse and eligible dependent children included on your Association membership are also covered under this benefit.
First Dollar Benefits-- Under this benefit services are payable in addition to any other insurance you may have at the time of the accident.
